Day 1 : Arrival at Kochi & Drive to Munnar
● Arrival at Cochin Airport/Ernakulam Railway station, Meet & greet and drive to Munnar (130 kms / 3-4 hrs.)
● On the way, visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls ( both of these are seasonal attractions) .
● Check-in at the Hotel on arrival in Munnar and freshen up.
● In the evening explore the Plantation areas like Tea Garden or Engage in short trekking and bird watching on your own.
● Overnight stay in a Hotel in Munnar.
Day 2 : Munnar Sightseeing
● After breakfast, proceed to Sightseeing in Munnar
● Visit the Photo Point, the serene Mattupetty Dam and visit Echo Point .
● Visit Kundala Lake , Munnar Rose Garden , The Blossom Hydel Park , Pothamedu View Point and Learn about tea production at the Tea Museum .
● If time permits, explore the Rajamalai National Park .

Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady
● After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (approx. 100 km / 3.5 hours)
● Enroute, enjoy scenic views and stop for photo opportunities.
● Check-in to your hotel in Thekkady.
● Later visit Periyar, one of the world’s most fascinating wildlife reserves. The Periyar wildlife sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick evergreen forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of ildlife and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978.
● And if time permits enjoy the Spice Plantation tour.

Day 4 : Thekkady to Kumarakom/Alleppey & Sightseeing
● After breakfast, checkout & drive to Kumarakom/Alleppey , known as the Venice of the East(140 kms / 5-6 hrs) .
● Arrive at Kumarakom/Alleppey and check into your hotel. Later in the day enjoy a sunset backwater cruise . While cruising let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual – skim past fishing nets, bowed- down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Enjoy the scenic beauty and tranquility.

Day 5 : Kumarakom / Alleppey to Kovalam
● After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Kovalam . Enroute visit Jatayu Earth center , World’s largest bird sculpture & cultural hub with museum, 6D theater, adventure zone & more. Later, check in at the hotel in Kovalam for an overnight stay.
● Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favorite place of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.

● Start your day with a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum, (Thiruvananthapuram) literally means ‘ the abode of Anantha ‘, the snake God . The main attraction of the city is the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu (also known as Padmanabha) reclining on the snake Anantha.
● Later visit Napier Museum , an art and natural history museum which houses a collection of archaeological and historic artifacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings.
● Sri Chitra Art Gallery (Closed on Mondays & Wednesday forenoons) displays the original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma which houses a collection of paintings from the Rajput, Mughal and Tanjore schools. The collection also includes unique copies of Indian mural paintings from prehistoric times down to the 18th century.
